How to Place an order ?

Enter your team shop code as provided via email from you club within the indicated shopping window.  Select the items you would like to purchase.  Payment is taken through the cart and you will receive an order confirmation email.  All orders will be available for pick up at your club home field within 2 weeks after the shop closes.  Email notification will be sent with details.

How to check your order status?

Cancelling Order

Orders may be cancelled up to the shop closing date.  Please contact a Club Threads customer experience team member at info@clubthreadsaz.com.

Change Order

Orders may be adjusted anytime before the team shop closes.  Please contact a Club Threads customer experience team member at info@clubthreadsaz.com.  If your revisions require a refund, it will be issued to the card originally used to purchase the order.  If your revisions require additional payment, the difference will require an additional payment amount at time of revision.
